When you find something you like click on the item, choose your required size and colour then ‘Add to Basket’. You can continue browsing our site and add other items to your order until you are ready to pay.
Check your order at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' text. When you have finished choosing and you’re ready to pay click on ‘Checkout’ which will start the payment process. This will take you to our PayPal payment system on their secure server, so your credit card details are safe and not recorded anywhere in accordance with PCI compliance.
You have to register with us to enable the order to be processed, if you would not like to receive any further correspondence other than in conjunction with your order then please unsubscribe and we will not contact you in the future.
We will send you notification of your order and its processing by email or text.

All payments must be in Great British Pounds Sterling and please allow us 10 working days for delivery although you should receive your purchase before this, we cannot make any guarantees. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra import charges made by Customs.
Our deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Signed-For Airmail service.

We will need to take a few details about you including the address to where your credit card is registered and where you want your order delivered (if different). Don’t worry, all these details are completely secure. Your information and Credit Card details are not stored so they cannot be hacked.
Our payments are processed by PayPal so you will leave our site at this point to have your payments processed by the World recognised PalyPal secure service. You will be re-directed back to our site once payment has been taken for us to issue you confirmation of your order.

PROCESSING AND HANDLING YOUR ORDER
We aim to process all orders from stock. If we have sold out of an item the website will be adjusted and/or we will contact you with a view to voiding the order, pre-ordering the items or substituting your choice for an alternative.
We aim to process all our orders received before 14.00 GMT are within one working day of receipt.
Shipping to UK mainland and Northern Ireland is via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded or Signed-For Courier Service which has to be signed-for so please give us an alternative delivery address in order for someone to receive the package if you are not going to be in.
For delivery to the rest of the World we use Royal Mail’s International Signed-For Airmail service.
If you would like us to include a gift message, at no further cost, then please notify us via email or phone through the order and we’ll be happy to oblige and write a personal note on one of our stylish postcards to include in the order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to Little Gems Boutique at 243 Victoria Park Road, London E9 7HD within 14 days in an unused condition, complete with labelling, for a full refund of the purchase price excluding Postage & Packaging. When items are recieved after 14 days, we will issue a credit note/gift voucher for the amount. We do not accept returns after 1 month of purchase unless an item is faulty. We reserve the right to investigate faulty returns with the brand in question before issuing a refund this can take up to 14days after we take delivery of a faulty return.
You can exchange goods within 30 days, no questions asked as long as it is returned to us in an unused, unwashed condition and is complete with labelling.
We will not exchange or refund any worn or washed item unless it is faulty. We reserve the right to investigate faulty returns with the brand in question before issuing a refund this can take up to 14days after we take delivery of a faulty return.
You must pay for return postage on any items you wish to exchange, although we will cover the cost of the re-issue of the order in accordance to our normal postage policy. Please obtain a proof of postage or record the delivery, we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in the post unless you have proof of posting.
Please allow three working days from receipt of the goods to process an exchange.
Don’t forget to list what replacement item you would like, and any additional payment if you want a more expensive item. Also, let us know the reason for your exchange so we can spot any potential trends, it will help us to help you in the long term.

We need proof of purchase to action a refund.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months after issue. At midnight after the 12 months they expire after that and no cash alternative can be offered.
Gift receipts can be purchased in-store or online and are valid for 12 months after purchase. At midnight after the 12 months they will expire. No cash alternative can be offered.
Credit card transactions can only be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase. If this is not possible due to expiration or loss of card, a cheque will be posted out to the billing address.
If you are posting an item for refund, please obtain a proof of postage or record the delivery. We will be unable to refund items lost in the post without this proof.
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving this confirmation email, allow a further 7-30 working days which is dependant on your bank, paypal or card issuer, for the refund to be credited to your account. If we refund via Paypal Account to another Paypal account, this is instant, however if you have used a bank card to pay via Paypal it will take longer - usually around 5-7 working days - but Paypal ask to allow for up to 30 days.
If you purchased a sale item you will only be refunded the sale price.
If an item has been placed on sale since your purchase we will refund the full amount in accordance with your receipt. Without a receipt we will issue a credit note to the value of the current sale price.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We offer to match the selling prices of our online competitors. If you see one of our stock items and find it cheaper with another web-store excluding any promotional offer, then as long as their service conditions and terms are comparable - Terms and Conditions: We will only match prices for online competitors and for products which are identical in size, style and color. Our currency conversion rates apply to all Price Matches. We are unable to match competitors who are in administration or closing down - we will match the price before you buy so please email us.

If you'd like to buy the product but would like us to match the price first, please check that you can provide up-to-date information, for example a copy of a newsletter or a live website link, as we’ll need to check full details of the product, the competitor and the selling price before we can price match.
